About It’s Like This

 

Jesus’ teachings were always marked by truth…and often with simplicity.

Whether He was discussing a complicated subject, or responding to a difficult question, Jesus always provided truth…and He usually did so in terms that were easy to understand. 

Sometimes He told riveting stories to help people know His Father. Sometimes, He used nearby objects to convey an important point. And sometimes, He made simple comparisons to communicate heavenly realities to earthly minds. For example:

“The Kingdom of Heaven is like treasure hidden in a field….”
